SHIPPING INFORMATION
PRE-ORDERS
When we introduce a new product, it will be available for pre-order. Pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page. If a product is not marked as a pre-order, it is in stock and will be shipped according to our standard fulfilment timeline.
If you place an order that includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available. We recommend placing a separate order for in-stock items if you wish to receive them sooner.
We strive to fulfil pre-orders as quickly as possible once stock arrives. Please refer to the product page for estimated delivery times.
While we make every effort to meet the expected delivery window, unforeseen delays can occur. We offer refunds for pre-order items if needed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
Orders typically take 1-5 business days to process. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Standard Shipping (Flat Rate): $8.95
- Express Shipping: $14.95
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, it generally takes 7-14 days to arrive. However, delivery times can be shorter for major metropolitan areas, especially within Sydney.
- Standard Shipping: 3-12 business days within Australia
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days within Australia
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by the courier service. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly. We are also here to assist you with any concerns.
